1. CNC control, automatic cut, stock, and distribute the bars.

4. The whole hydraulic guillotine bars shear can move forward and backward driven by servo-motor, ensure the measuring precision.
5. Skew blade, makes cut process gradually, labour-saving and low noise.
6. The roller fixed on the hydraulic guillotine assists the material feeding. The roller is separately driven by one motor, can be sloped to release the bars. After releasing bars, it will automatically back to the level position and ensure the automatic conveying and cutting.
7. All conveyor rollers are covered by the rubber, antiskid and anti-noise. The special design for measuring plates ensure high cutting precision.
8. Several conveyor rollers near guillotine can drop down automatically while cutting, it avoid the damage from the bars pressing the rollers.
9. Optional cutting capacity: 2000Kn, 3000Kn and 6000Kn.
10. Industrial computer control system with LCD, user friendly interface.
11. Main working systems use servo-motor with control device, A.C variable-frequency motor and pneumatic system.
12. The key transmission parts, actuators, electrical parts and pneumatic parts are adopted international brands.
