OME MOULD is specialized in mould making and injection moulding service. We have accumulated about 15 years experience of mould making based on DME and HASCO standard for USA and European market. We have high speed CNC machines, wire cutting and EDM machines, CMM, Smart scope and Hardness tester in our tooling shop.

 

For the moulding service, we have 55 injection machines from 80 tons to 1800 tons especially 16 precision injection machines imported from Japan and equipped with robotic arms.

 

We also provide service of 2D/3D mould design and mould Flow analysis.
