What is the Energy Saver Pioneer

The Energy Saver Pioneer is new, innovative device that filters the supply voltage while improving the efficiency and power factor of the electricity consumed in a home by electrical appliances. It's purpose is to save wasted electricity in homes, condominiums and apartments.
