General introduction:
The DTY200-F1T meter can perform a two-way transmission of the electric quantity purchased and consumed between the energy meter and the vending system using IC card. It integrates a three-phase prepayment watt-hour meter and a large current earth-leakage circuit breaker to insure that the usage of electricity is safe and reliable. The meter also integrates many kinds of anti-tamper functions. As long as one of the phases, A, B or C has current, the meter will operate normally.

Main functions:
* Metering: meter accumulated energy, available energy, reserve energy and dysfunction energy;
* Reserve (need to be set in advance)
When available energy reaches zero and the user can not purchase energy in time, the meter has reserved a certain amount of electricity for use in a case of emergency.
*Load control function: Set a limit to load current for every meter, when a meter inspects the power consumption and detects that load exceeds the 110%-120% authorised maximum, the meter will automatically cut power after one minute
*Anti-tampering:
*Inversion of direction of rotation:when the sensor detects that the metering disk rotates in an inverse direction for a certain number of revolutions, the meter cuts energy automatically.
*No consumption for a certain specified period : When the sensor detects an absence of disk rotation for a certain period of time exceeding a predetermined value, the meter cuts the energy. This predetermined value is registered in the IC card when the IC card is inserted in the meter. This value is set to zero if the energy distribution authority decides not to use this function.
*Alarm: When the remaining available energy becomes less than a predetermined alarm value, the meter visual indicator will flash at a certain frequency. If this remaining available energy becomes less than second predetermined alarm value inferior to the precedent, the meter visual indicator starts flashing at a higher frequency to remind the user of the urgency to purchase electricity.
*Display :Seven segments LCD to display available energy and meter status;
*Identification:The meter will not work as long as a non-corresponding IC card or medium is used.
*Accumulation of energy: When the user inserts inside the meter the IC card into which the purchased energy has been registered, the amount of energy purchased is added to the amount of energy remaining.
