Gypsum board production line

Paper faced gypsum board is mainly made of the construction plaster(calcined natural or chemical by-product) and protective paper, mixed with fiber, modified starch, coagulant agent, vesicant and water, which are mixed, formed, coagulated, cut, dried and sliced into light construction material. They have advantages of light weight, fire resistance, soundproof, damp proof, heat insulation, easy to operate (sawn, nailed, or milled) and disassemble. Its widely applied in industrial and civil constructions, especially as interior wall, ceiling, etc. in high buildings.

 

We manufacture the latest gypsum board line on basis of after improving the imported and domestic similar machines. The production line is wholly automatic from mixing raw material, forming sheet, breaking blank sheet, conveying finished board block, turning block to edge trimmings etc. We also accept customers order according to different demands for output and scale to produce different equipments. The equipment meets to the China National Industrial Standard GB/T9775-1999.
