The concrete pump straight pipe is made of special alloy steel ( 45Mn2). The inner pipe wall is case hardened by CNC high-frequency induction hardening machine. The inner pipe wall becomes a wearable layer with high hardness. The service life of the inner-hardened concrete pump boom pipe is as 3 to 5 times as normal concrete pump pipe.

Hardness: HRC58-HRC62 for inner quenching layer; HRC35-HRC40 for transition layer; HRC25-HRC30 for protective layer
Service life: 30000 cubic meters

1. Double-layered concrete pump straight pipe
The double-layered concrete pump straight pipe is produced by special process using two seamless pipes. The material of the inner pipe is special alloy 45Mn2 and the outer pipe is 1020 low carbon steel. The specification of double-layered concrete pump straight pipe is the similar with the above single layered concrete pump pipe. However, its service life is improved greatly from 50000 cubic meters to 80000 cubic meters.
