The CRS200 common rail system tester is the testing equipment specializing designed to test Common rail system. It adopts ARM7 core high-speed 32-bits microcontrollers as master controller, responsible for collecting the signal and control; it uses MSC-51 compatible microcontroller and dot matrix 5.7-inch LCD screen, to realize the exchange between man and machine, to finish the common rail testing system various functions testing.

 

System Using Scope:

 

The system is suitable for test all kinds of BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI , Siemens common rail system fuel pumps, rail and injectors. Such as CP1, CP2, CP3, HP3 etc…series of pumps and injectors. Using this equipment, it should install it on the diesel pump test bench; put the required common rail pumps or injectors installed on the specified location, connect the power to let the machine work, and to test/calibrate it according to the related instructions.
