Takes polyethylene resin with low density as raw material,injects shrinking proof agent and foaming agent with high pressure in extruding process,through screw plasticizing,mixing,water cooling,extruding from dies,after air cooling,expanding and traction parts to get finished foaming products.

Equipped with other dies and tractors,the production line can produce tubes,sticks,mesh and profiles.
