Brief introduction
The SKY2440-v2 evaluation board consists of two parts, one 6-layers core board and one 4-layers base board. The core board embodies the most popular ARM9 microcontroller Samsung S3C2440, 1x64M Nand Flash, 1x2M NorFlash and 2x32M SDRAM. The base board has 3 serial ports, 1 100M ethernet chip, USB interfaces, audio I/O interfaces, SD card slot, camera interface, GPIOs, RTC, etc..
With low power consumption, stable wire-ways and the powerful Samsung S3C2440 microcontroller, the SKY2440-v2 makes itself a powerful machine for various of applications. It has been widely used on car satellite navigators, GPS, GIS platform, data servers, VOIP, intelligent terminal, PDA hand-held devices, industrial controlling equipments, consumer electronics, security monitors, etc..
