Performance and characteristics

The paint is used in the surface of the steel structure, in usual time, it has the adornment effect, but if encounter the fire, and it will expand thickening and form a heat insulating layer. The limit of fire resistance is more than one hour and it can protect the steel structure.

1.     The state: without aggregation, homogeneous state after stirring.

3.     adhesive force: ≤2grade

4.     flexility: ≤2mm

5.     dent resistance:≥20cm/kg

6.     Water resistance: 24 hours without wrinkling, fall off and allow a slight loss of light and color.

7.     burning resistance: ≥20minutes

8.     fire retardance:mass loss≤5g  char volume≤25cubic meter

Applicable to sports venues and large steel structure field for fire protection

Usage

Spray,revolve and coating.

Notes for application

1.     Clean the coated surfaces of smeary and rust thoroughly, paints an antirust lacquer before paint the fireproof coatings.

2.     Construction viscosity can add the tap water and the usage will not too much.

3.     The construction temperature should be above 5℃.

4.     Construction in the rainy day is prohibiting. The shelf life is one year.
