Self Flowing Epoxy Floor Coating
Component
1. solvent-free epoxy resin,pigment,stuffing agent,auxiliaries and so on.
2. Curing agent (B group).
Performance and Characteristics
This is a low viscosity and high solid paint; it can paint the product directly and got the self-flowing purpose. When the paint film is drying, the surface looks very in order and clean, this paint is widely used in large type of public places，waiting hall and the floor of the laboratory.
Technical target
1. Appearance：the surface is in order and smooth and in accordance with the standard sample and color.
2. Drying time: the surface drying time≤4H, actual drying time is 48H.
3. Hardness: ≥0.6 (pendulum-rocker hardness)
4. Wearing resistance: 500g
5. Adhesive force: ≤B grade
6. Impact strength: ≥40kg/cm
7. Acid-resisting, alkaline-resisting and salt resistance. It will have on change when you put it into the above liquid for 100 hours.
Construction match
A group: B group is 4:1.
Attention
1. Rainy days and the relative humidity above 80% can’t be constructed.
2. It can’t be constructed when the temperature is below Zero degree.
3. it’s better that the thickness below 1mm.
4. The coated surface should be cleaned out and use it after 7 days.
5. The paint should be far away from the heat and fire and put in a shady place.
6. Shelf life: A group is one year and B group is six months.
