 Use methods

◆   It can used by brush coating, roller coating, spray coating and high pressure air-free coating. It is recommended to use spray gun with the 2mm diameter of nozzle。

◆   It can be diluted by water, the maximum is 20%, while diluting, please stir to mix thoroughly

◆   The dosage: Theoretically, 8 square meter per kilo (once); actually, it changes while the construction way different and the surface roughness different.

◆Drying time: surface drying time 30 minutes, under standard condition (temperature: 23℃±2, relative humidity 50%±5), actual drying time is 2 hours. Re-coating time 3 hours (changes while the environmental temperature and humidity changes)

The requirements of construction

1. The basic level should be firm, clean and oil-free, moisture content <10%, PH < 10
2. The basic level should be sealed first, it’s better to use our match products P-01 Alkali-resistant seal coat.

3. Environmental temperature should over 5℃, and the humidity under 85%.

4. All tools should be cleaned immediately by water or detergent while finished.

Storage procedures

1. It should be stored in a cool, clean and dry place; the temperature should between 2℃~35℃.

2. It should be tightly closed immediately after finished,

3. packing untapped, the shelf life is 12 months.
