Product description

Such paint is made by fluorosilicate emulsion nano-scale with high grade Auxiliaries, which can secure the basic level, protect basic level from alkali corrosion and concrete block from carbonization, Enhance the coating’s binding powder.

Use methods

1. It can be used by brush coating, roller coating and spray coating, no need to dilute.

2. Paint dosage: Theoretically, 8-10 square meter per kilo. Actually, it changes while the construction way different and also the surface roughness is different.

3. Drying time: surface drying time is 30 minutes under the standard condition (temperature: 23℃±2, relative humidity: 50%±5) Re-coating needs 2 hours (it will changes while the environmental temperature and humidity changes)

The requirements of construction

1. The basic level should be firm, clean, oil-free, moisture content <10%

2.  Environmental temperature should over 5℃, and the humidity under 85%.

3. All tools should be cleaned immediately by water or detergent when finished.

Notes for Application

1. It should be store in a cool, clean and dry place, the temperature is between 2℃~35℃.
2. It should be tightly closed after using, while pacing untapped, the shelf life is 12 months.
