一,Product description:
YT-01 top grade flexible coating is made of flexible acrylic ester copolymer, with IPN structure, nano-grade organic and inorganic compound pigment, and special Auxiliaries. Such special paint has excellent adhesive powder, good flexibility, good weatherproof and the paint film won’t crack,. Shelf life is over 10 years.

三,Application
This paint is widely used for housing estate, office building, factory building and school building and so on.
四,Technique data
Dilation >450%，Scrub resistance >10000times，Color : mix color randomly
Aging resistance >1200 hours，Contrast ratio ≥0.95%， Contaminate resistance ≤10%
五,Usage
1. It can used by brush coating, roller coating and spray coating, no need to dilute. It is recommended to use spray gun with 2mm diameter nozzle
2. Dilution: 5-10%, during dilute, it should be mixed thoroughly before construction.
3. Paint dosage: Theoretically, 4-5 square meters per kilo (twice).Actually, it changes while the construction way and the surface roughness different.
4. Drying time: surface drying time is 30 minutes under standard condition (temperature: 23℃±2, relative humidity 50%±5) 。Re-coating time needs 4 hours (it will changes while the environmental temperature and humidity changes)
六,The requirements of construction
1. The basic level should be firmed, clean, oil-free, moisture content <10%
2. The basic level should be sealed first, it’s better to use our match products P-01 Alkali-resistant seal coat.
3. Environmental temperature should over 5℃, and the humidity under 85%.
4. All tools should be cleaned immediately by water or detergent when finished.
七,Notes for Application
1. It should be stored in a cool, clean and dry place; the temperature should between 0℃~35℃.
2. It should be tightly closed immediately after finished,
3. packing untapped, the shelf life is 12 months.
