Jiahong Self-Regulating heating cable is formed by electrical polymer (plastic) and
two parallel metal wires and insulating layer. Its characteristic is that electrical
polymer has very high positive temperature coefficient "PTC", and already
in mutual parallel connection, can automatically adjust output power with temperature
changing, and automatically limit the heating temperature. It also can be
arbitrarily shortened or lengthened in a definite scope, and can be allowed to
multiply cross or superpose without any anxiety about high temperature heat point
or burning. Therefore, the character of above stated zonary constant temperature
is that it fits for the heated system, but the traditional power-limiting heater
oppositely influences the heated system. So this series of heating cable's
apply range is more widely, such as used in oil well heat tracing; fire pipeline
heat tracing; solar energy water heater's heat tracing; heat-preservation and preventing
frost function of long pipeline and tank container; water pipe preventing
frostbite and heat preservation in construction industry; natural gas exploitation
and transporting establishment, chemical industry; heat tracing in civil
use such as used for producing electrothermal glove, electrothermal mouse, low-voltage
electrothermal blanket and electrothermal blanket etc.
