KY 500: inverter DC electric arc welding machine for mining
Performance
1. Adopting advanced technology of soft switch and inverter, the key core element is IGBT and micro-crystalline magnetic core.
2. High rated duty cycle, there is adjustment function for arc striking current and current pushing.
3. Automatic compensation function for voltage fluctuation, stable electric arc, even molten pool, less splash and good welding formation.
4. Covered with insulating resin, the circuit board could be protected from dusty in vacuum situation.
5. Winding machine is adopted in isolated structure to prevent rain or water.
6. There is Energy-saving design with the machine, if there is no arc striking in 5 second, machine will cut the power supply of main circuit to keep the machine in safe.
Functions
1.This kinds of machine is designed and produced for the mining application whose power supply is 380V and 660V.
2. Machine should be used for the welding on carbon steel, alloy steel, cost iron, stainless steel, copper and alloy.
3. Equiped with the contact argon arc welding torch, the machine would be used as contact argon arc welding.
4. It could be using the cellulosics electrodes.
