Gray iron castings have many beneficial advantages. Gray iron has one of the best thermal transfer characteristics. The micro structure of gray iron is flake graphite giving it the advantage of use in fan belt pulleys, and sheaves. The flake graphite also provides an attribute of harmonic noise dampening. Gray iron is one of the most economical metals to be cast.

Grey Iron Casting Process

We can produce casting in Green Sand and resin sand process. Manufacturing & inspection of pattern as per customer's drawing, specification with close tolerances. Pouring melting metal in the sintered shell, fettling, and heat treatment and cleaning of the casting. Inspection and testing which includes 100% visual inspection, dimensional checks, non destructive examinations.
