Application

This device is applicable in coal mine full with explosive gas(methane) and coal dust, coal separating plant,port and harsh enviroment used,heavy-loaded,large and medium size driven devices like generator,etc. In power supply system of AC 50HZ, voltage 1140V, 660V or 380V, it can be used as soft start, current limiting start,full-voltage start,natural stop and soft stop to three-phases squirrel-cage asynchronous motor with current equal or less than 400A, and has various protection functions like phase protection,under-current and over-current protection,electronic thermal overlad protection and so on.

Features

1. Use advanced power electronic components to achieve double closed loops control of current and speed, with functions of soft start, soft-stopping,start of kickcircuit,start detecting,RS232 communication and so on, the product can meet control requirements of different load objects like fan motor,water pump,rubber belt conveyor and scraper conveyor,etc.

2. The product displays voltage,current data of motor.

3. The soft starter has complete self-diagnosis function and protection function,with protection of temperature,under-voltage,over-voltage,under-current,over-current,default phase,line fault,stall,leakage,thyristor fault,etc.in course of start and stop.therefore,above protection functions make operating of soft starter become more reliable whether various interferences and malfunction signals come from inside or outside

4. Simple structure,easy toinstall and operate. It can be local controlled, as well as remote controlled by programmable logic controller(plc)or  other equipments.
