bolt anchor-dented is a lifting anchor from the threaded system. The bolt anchor is a special short anchor for flat precast concrete slabs. The length is oriented between the length of the LSW  waved anchor, short and the LSW flat steel anchor. The forces are concentrated at the bolt head and transferred deeply into the concrete.
