He repair tester for common rail systems simulates the outputs of an engine control unit, by providing fuel injection control signals, of which the parameters maybe set by a user, to drive a common rail high pressure pump and up to six injectors. A standard diesel high pressure injection pump test bench with a CR system and the components.
The design features are as belows:
1, modulated driving signal to ensure the safety of the solenoids of the CR pump and injectors.
2,the CR pump load and rail pressure are adjusted by setting the duty cycle of the pump driving signal.
3, the fuel injection quantities are adjusted by setting the pulse width of the injector driving signal. Fuel injection frequencies are also adjustable.
4, short circuit protection for the output circuity of the solenoid driving signal.
5, rail pressure is monitored on the LCD screen.
