In order to save resource and space for customers, IFE has released METIS series, a new mode elevator with high speed, which adopts the latest controlling and driving system-32bit computer controller and PM (the permanent magnet)/ synchronous gearless traction.
Space Saving:
The machine room of METIS is only half of the traditional one, which not only saves constructional cost, but also matches the scene of the buildings.
Cost Saving:
Compared with the traditional traction elevator, METIS, which is applied PM gearless traction, has overwhelming advantages in noise, maintenance, lubricating, etc. It features as high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, non-frequent maintenance.
PERFORMANCE:
Driving System
It applied PM (the permanent magnet)/ synchronous gearless traction and inverter control system. Compared with the previous worm helical driven elevator, it improves the transmission efficiency from 50% to 95%, saving energy by 40%.
Group Controlling System
There is a simulated controlling system, which is able to control four systems in 45 flours building with adding any other equipment.
METIS (MCB2010-A3) Main Control Board
The main control system comprises high–class 32-bit computer processor and three 8-bit microprocessors (sub-controllers), which make the elevator to work accurately and reliably, guarantee safety, comfort to passenger. The serial access communication technology with anti-interference capability and reliability is applied to reduce the number of transmission lines, which can decrease the failure rate of wrong wiring. The LED operation panel on the main board and comprehensive monitor and record function sharply reduce difficulties and mistake during operation and inspection. The remote supervisory and control system further improve the reliability and safety of the entire system.
