This machine is applied to press all kinds of particle material into tablets and can press special-shaped tablets in all geometic shapes, double tablets, ring tablets and tablets with figures at both sides besides round tablets. It is constructed as double pressing type and has two sets of charging device and two pressing wheet. The turret carrices 25 sets of movable-punches and dies So 50 tablets will be three punches, or four punches can be installed on one punch mold according to the tablets’ diameters, so it is suitable for batch production. During operation, the turret speed, depth of filling material, tablets thickness and plunging lift-out height can be adjusted. Pressure to pressing tablets is set by hydraulic system, to which pressure gauge indication is attached. Separate powder-absorbing box is supplied with the machine. It may absorb the powder from the operation of the machine via powder sucker and suction port to avoid bonding and clogging of powder and to recover raw material for reuse.
