Application:

ZP100 series rotary tablet press is a series of products. Which are extensively applied in pharmaceutical, food and other industries to press all kinds of normal round tablets and special-shaped tablets.

This series conform to GMP standard governing the medicine production and quality control. The tablet-paint, parts and components contacting medicine use stainless steel or receive special surface treatment to be nontoxic and corrosion resistant. The tablet-pressing chamber is enclosed with windows with plexiglass so as to prevent pollution and the pressing area can be accessible from four sides. All surface are smooth and easy to be cleaned.

ZP100 series of tablet press are provied with continous collective lubrication system so as to adequately lubricate the transmission system, guide rails and main friction positions to reduce noise and abrasion, which results in substantial savings of maintenance and service cost. Aaper the demands of customers, forced charging device can be mounted to satisfy the stuffing requirements of raw material in powder and other forms.

Regulating hand wheels for pressure, tablet thickness, stuffing and speed and all kinds of display lamps, rating plate and buttons are all arranged at the same direction for easy observation and operation.

ZP100 series rotary tablet press adopts composite design and compact structure. For each model, over90% of parts can be commonly used by other models in the same series, which helps the management and replacement of spaare for vulerable pars. The moules conforms to IPT standard.
