It adopts S7-200 model PLC made by SIMENS as control center with good anti-interfere capability, high integration, big memory and easy to use. Due to it adopts voltage compensate technology, it can do high precision adjustment for tube voltage which makes sure the equipment will fulfill the work as setting parameter though the battery is low.

Traditional pipeline crawler can not control the tube current; the quality of film will decrease because the battery is low. Constant tube current control is an outstanding characteristic which ensure the effective use of the equipment.

Easy to use is the biggest advantage of the pipeline crawler. Safe operation will protect the operator from radiation. It uses magnetic localizer. The product technology has got national invention patent.

Its’ main function:

Inspect the power of the battery automatically. When battery voltage is low, it will return in time;

Constant current control makes sure the films coherent;

High precision of tube voltage adjustment makes sure the films coherent;
