Main Features

*  When pumps are inoperative, Accumulator should be capable of closing one Annular, All rams and open side outlet valve.
* Accumulator bank capacity must be divided into four equal separate sets of manifolds so that not more than 25% of the accumulator capacity will be out of service at any given time during maintenance.
* The annular regulator should be remotely controlled and should be a fail-safe type.
* The unit should be a minimum of a two pump system with at least two independent power systems.

Combined Output Must Be Able To:

* Close one annular BOP, one open hole and open the hydraulically operated Choke Valve within 2 minutes. It should also provide final pressure at least equal to the greater of the minimum operating pressure of both annular BOP and Choke Valve.
* The cumulative output capacity of the pump systems shall be sufficient to charge the entire accumulator system from pre-charge pressure to the system rated working pressure within 15 minutes.
* A minimum of one remote panel should be furnished to control all functions on the hydraulic control manifold from the rig floor.

Accumulator Module

Accumulator Module consists of a skid, reservoir(tank), accumulator bottles and selector valve manifold. The valve manifold is machined from high tensile mechanical tubing and is rated for 5000 PSI working pressure .The tubing is free from welds, seams or joints and provides mounting for Annular, BOP Rams, Choke & kill Valves. The accumulator Module skid also provide mounting base for air/electric pumps, valve control manifold and remote control interface modules.

Air Operated Driller's/Auxiliary Remote Control Panels:

Remote control panels allow the main BOP Control System with its hydraulic control manifold to be located at a safe distance from the rig floor. Panels allow control of remote functions.

* Manually operated air valves are individually labeled for quick identification.
* The remote panel can be customized to meet any special customer requirements.
* Available as Wall Mount, Free Standing and Mini Cabinet

Electric Operated Driller's Control Panels:

This driller's control of the BOP's also incorporates the graphic outline design for quick identification and equipment available during emergency conditions. The graphics help avoid errors in controlling kicks and preventing blowouts.

* Push button light assembly's for each of the BOP stack components indicate the present position of each BOP function.
* The push buttons signal the electro-hydraulic or electro-pneumatic solenoids at the master hydraulic control manifold. This gives near instantaneous operation of the hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders located on the 4-way valves.
