Glassfiber tissue

Glass fiber tissue is made of glass fiber yarn of 12mm in length, which made

 into sheet form by wet laid process.

Glass fiber mat is taking the method of the Dutch wet process mat which has

 good heat preservation, noisedamping, heat insulation and so on.It has wide 

range of applications depending on surface treatment method which is mainly

 used for reinforcing molded products in sheet form such as glassfiber roofing 

mat,glassfiber surface mat, flooring mat,water proofing mat , glassfiber

 chopped strand mat ,etc.

Products package and storage, transportation

Glassfiber tissue will be wrapped up paper pipe of 77mm inner diameter, 

and polyvinyl chloride film will be used for packing and sealing and then 

package them with carton.the mats should be put horizontally 12 and 

vertically 6 cartons every pallet.height of the pallet’s heap should be within 

the two layers of the pallet’s height.height of the carton heap should be within 

three layers of the carton.

Glassfiber roofing mat is the ideal substrate material for making SBS,APP

  modification water proofing coiled  material and colorful bituminous

 glassfiber roofing tile. It enhanced the tensile strength MD and tearing 

strength for its whole tensile linear.

 Glassfiber surface mat

Product features

The glass mat for FRP surface has a fiber dispersion, smooth surface, 

soft hand-feeling, low binder content , fast resin impregnation and good mould 

obedience which make it most applicable to other FRP molding processes 

such as press moulding , spray-up, centrufugal rotating moulding.

Products packing

The surface mat will be warpped up paper pipe,and polyvinyl chloride film 

will be used for packing.If packed into 300m per roll,one 20’ container will 

allow to 273 packages
