1.       The piston are casted with high silicon aluminium alloy, combining German material standard, Japanese technology and CNC soft copy manufacturing and are of a precise contour.

2.       The surface treatment adopts exclusively anode oxidizing technique, so that a layer of hingh density AL2O3 film is produced on the alloy surface, which is of good heat isolation performance, thus heat loss is reduced and heat efficiency is improved, the consumption of fuel can be reduced 4% and more.

3.       In addition,the hardness of oxide film is hign, the strength of wear resistance and heat fatigue for surface of piston skirt is improved, the life of piston is elongated, with all performance meeting the requirements of Standards GB/T 1148-1993.
