The food grade magnesium chloride with Snow Brand produced according to the National Standard of Food Grade Magnesium Chloride is launched on the market on May 1.
The food grade magnesium chloride (solidifying agent of bean products) is new type additive especially developed for bean product enterprises, which raw material is natural pure magnesium chloride of the Qinghai Lake and which main content is more than 46%, without any harmful element and any pollution in production process, it is distinct from the traditional yellow magnesium chloride, in conformity with QB2604-2003 standard of food grade magnesium chloride and suitable for application in the bean product enterprises.
The product can fill the gap of food grade magnesium chloride in domestic market and is new generation of environmental solidifying agent for bean products.

Product Use:
as solidifying agent of bean product and modifying agent of alimentation
Storage Method :
The food grade magnesium chloride can be stored in a dried storehouse, covered tightly and kept properly in order to avoid the rain, moistness and pollution hazard.
Application Method :
It can be used only after pouring the food grade magnesium chloride in drinking water and waiting for fully dissolved, the quantity suggestion is 2-3% of the soybean weight according to the actual condition properly.
Caution Note :
The product can be easily moistened in the air, so it should be used immediately after unpacking. The remainder must be sealed tightly and stored on the shady and dry place, where should be out of the reaching range of children. If the product is immodestly sprayed in eyes, please wash the eyes with fresh water immediately. If the product is immodestly swallowed, please go to a hospital for treatment immediately.
