Secondary: 61-63 HRC

Annealed Hardness: HB235

Heat treatment temp: Hardening 1020   Temperings: 530-560

Secondary: 54-57 HRC

Application:For making Aluminum pressing mold, extrusive mold and plastic mold

 

3. W6Mo5Cr4V2,it is similar to M2(ASTM), S6-5-2(DIN),SKH51(JIS)

Chemical Composition: C0.85, Si 0.38, Mn 0.35, P0.030, S0.030, Cr 4.10,W 6.00, Mo 4.80V 1.85, Co 8.00

Annealed Hardness: HB255

Heat treatment temp: Hardening 1210-1230   Temperings: 550

Secondary: 63-65 HRC

Application: Be used widely in making all kinds of knives and durable cold working molds

 

4. W9Mo3Cr4V

Chemical Composition: C 0.83, Si 0.35, Mn 0.35, P0.030, S0.030, Cr 4.10,W6.00,V 1.85

Annealed Hardness: HB255

Heat treatment temp: Hardening 1220-1240   Temperings: 550

Secondary: 63-65 HRC

Application: Chinese material, similar capability to M2
