BD1600/1600B white/transparent paste (high quality feeling Series)

Physical Property:

1. Appearance: 1600 white paste  – white cream

           1600B  transparent paste –milky pasty

2. Viscosity: 75000mPas

3. PH value: 6.5-7

 

Characteristics:

1. High texture, soft and smooth feeling, high hiding place, washing resistant, no after tack and easy over net. 

2. Detection of heavy metal, Azo, PVC, Phthalates and Formaldehyde etc. is compliant with international environment requirement.

 

Suggested Usage:

1. Overprint 2-3 times to achieve smooth printing surface and strong hiding force.

2. Add proper cross linking agent to strengthen resistance for application of nylon Lycra.

3. Better effect via heating and washing after natural drying with dryer temperature of 130-150℃ for 2～3minutes and printing temperature of 150-180℃ for 10-15 seconds.

Apply for various middle stretch knitted fabrics, cotton cloths and sports fabrics.
