Physical Property:

1. Appearance: light yellow emulsion

2. Viscosity: 100000-120000mPas

3. PH value: 6-7

Characteristics:

1. Good over net, smooth surface and high luster after hot stamping.

2. Soft feeling and washing resistant. 

Suggested Usage:

1. Technical process: print texbinder metal fast→air dry→re-print texbinder metal fast→bake→close fabrics with gold foil tightly and press under high temperature→strip off hot stamping foil→form hot stamping picture.

2. Print with silk screen of 80-100 mesh. Test temperature resistance degree of fabrics before hot stamping.

3. Baking temperature: about 120 ℃ and time: 2 minutes. Hot stamping temperature: 120-150 ℃ and time10-15 seconds.

Application Range:

Apply for hot stamping of gold and sliver foil etc. on various cotton fabrics.
