Machine introduction:
1. This machine is used for producing insulating glass.
2. The washing section is made of full stainless steel, and in the washing box, there are 3 pairs of soft brushes, so it can wash coating glass, too. Two water boxes can supply water for washing and brushes separately, which is water-saving and clean. The powerful blower adopts loop air path to avoid static effect, and washing effect is high.
3. The front press panel adopts vacuum sucking holes system instead of rubber sucking disc. The sucking is powerful. The back press panel adopts air flotation conveying. Automatic press between the panels, the press effect is good, and fast speed. And it can also produce staggered-sheet insulating glass.
4. It is equipped with frequency converter to control the processing speed.
5. It is controlled by PLC and has HMI. Equipped with sense switches to sense the glass location to control the frequency converter speed. And it can be equipped with a Low-e sense system to sense Low-e coating automatically and give an audio and shining alarm.
6. As we know, the large size tempering glass has a defect that flatness is not good, so we design the roller press section to solve the problem. When you produce tempering insulating glass, you can use the roller press section.
