   This machine is mainly used for the winding of cylindrical lithium-ion battery. Work process is as follows: Anode and cathode electrode, and separator active unwinding, respectively, through dust-removal, iron-removal and static-removal treatment, leading into the winding area and winding according to the process requirements, automatically affixing terminated tape. Finishing auto-blanking, by short-circuit detection, poor products are automatically removed and the KGD are transported to the collection units, to achieve automatic winding process.
