Structure:
Host Frequency Control system: Imported AC motor with frequency control, stable and reliable operation, low speed, and high torque.
Servo motor feeding system: Servo motor controls the feeding screw according to pulses directly. This system features stable performance, reliability, high speed and easy adjustment.

Bag-making system: The machine can make bag, seal and fill independently. The programmable logic controller (PLC) is used to coordinate linkage. Therefore, the packaging can be adapted for  different objects and bag dimensions.

Finished products sealing system: This system will complete bag making, measurement, filling and sealing automatically with the heat-sealing packaging materials(polyethylene film, multi-layer composite file, etc.) The bags is self-stand. When equipped in different filling machine, this sealing system can be used for packing different products.

Integrated Control System: This packaging machine uses PLC programmable controller, variable frequency speed controller etc., to achieve high integration, control capability and reliable operation.
