Automatic Vacuum Forming Machine

Forming Machine is combined with pneumatic,mechanical and electric drive to achieve automatic continuous working of feeding sheet,forming,demoulding,seciton cutting and stacking.

 

1.Using PLC control system makes the machine working more reliable.

2. Using servo driving system for stable and reliable sheet feeding. Width, length and speed of feeding can be stepless adjusted accurately, suitable for different mould's arrangement, to improve use rate of material.

3.The function of two-step vacuum forming is suitable for making the products of large depth.The machine can be forming by negative mould or positive mould,convenient and fast for replacing the mould.

4.Equipped heating system with upper and lower heaters of hollow far-infrared heating piece for two-section heating.Divisional temperature control system makes heating process economical,equal and easy adjusting.

5.With wind cooling and water fog system,so as to work continuously without water cooling inside mould,sepecially suitable for production by non-metal mould.
