Feature of Fire Extinguisher Powder Filler:

small volume, easy movement, simple operation and lack of environmental pollutionProduct Description  The filler can be used in two methods:
The first filling method:
1. Check if the connection of the hose is tight.
2. Connect the lead-in of the device to the mains and have the ground wire connected when in use;
3. Press Rise (Figure 2-3) or Fall (Figure 2-1) button. (or tread on the ascending pedal in Figure 1-28 or descending pedal in Figure 1-29) and the upporport of the extinguisher cylinder to be filled should be aligned with the bottom port of powder cylinder (Figure 1-19) and sealed well. Then open the valve of powder cylinder (figure 1-22).
4. Measuring method: measure by Subtraction weighing method. The total weight o powder source is weighed on the electronic scale. Then the weight is fixed on the scale mark by subtracting the weight to be filled from the known total weight. This measurement is called Subtraction weighing method.
For example: The total weight of powder source is 50 kg as shown on the electric scale and the weight to be filled is 8 kg. In the suction of powder the total weight is decreased gradually. When the total weight is 42 kg as shown on the scale, it indicates 8 kg has been filled in the cylinder of the extinguisher to be filled.
5. Press Start button (Figure 2-7) and the pump begins to run. Then the powder suction pipe I (Figure 1-6) is put into the powder source. The powder is sucked into the cylinder through pipe I and is directly filled into the extinguisher cylinder to be filled. When the filling weight is approaching the fixed value, the suction of powder should be reduced appropriately, via powder suction pipe. Once the set weight is reached, the powder suction pipe (Figure 1-6) is taken out and put into the base (Figure 1-26) properly.
6. Tread on the pedal of direction valve (Figure 1-27) several times so that the residual powder in the cylinder can be removed completely.
7. Close the valve of powder cylinder (Figure 1-22) and tread on ascending pedal (Figure 1-28) to lift the powder cylinder and unload the ascending cylinder of extinguisher to be filled. Thus the filling comes to an end.
8. If high precision of measurement is demanded, the filled extinguisher can be weighed again for revision.
The second filling method:
1. Check if the connection of the hose is tight.
2. Connect the lead-in of the device to the mains and have the ground wire connected when in use.
3. Unload power suction pipe I (Figure 1-6) from the filler, connect the air suction pipe I (Figure 1-11) and powder suction port (Figure 1-13) of powder cylinder and close the valve of powder cylinder (Figure 1-22).
4. Place the cylinder of extinguisher to be filled on the electronic weighing bridge, the filling and cover (Figure 1-8) is put on the cylinder of extinguisher to be filled and press shelling key (Figure 1-2) or reset key (figure 1-3). Then the electronic scale is set to 0.00 position.
5. Press Start button (Figure 2-7) and the pump begins to work. Then the powder suction pipe II (Figure 1-10) is put into the powder source and the powder is directly sucked into the cylinder of extinguisher to be filled through pipe. Then the weight readings on the electronic scale will be increased with the filling weight. When the weight approaches the fixed value, suction of powder can be reduced properly through suction pipe. Once the set weight is reached, it indicates the completion of the filling. The suction pipe should be removed. The following cylinder is filled in the same way as the above. See to it that the powder suction pipe should not be inserted to deeply, or blockage of pipe may occur.
