MSJ160-8A Disc-rotating Brick press is used to press the bearing tile for builging, the primary material of which is river sand, fly ash, slag,tailling, waste rock and other industrial residue. It also can be used to press cement block, firebrick, baking-free brick. Main characteristics:
1. Rotating part is totally sealed, force feeding oil, circulating lubriacte,soil is filtered repeatedly and compensate the oil box, so as to lubriacte the rotating part and minize the abrasion;
The rotating part of the machine is sealed; oil is supplied by pressure, lubricant is applied
2. Separate the rotary eccentric shaft from crank gear, so that to seal the crank gear totally.
3. Piston is multi-sealed and dustproof, which is made of strong rubber telescope.

6. Enlarge the weight of triangular beltwheel to increase the running inertia, Enlarge the diameter of eccentric shaft to reinforce the running distance greatly, so as to enlarge the pressure of the machine, low electric consumption and high output.
7. Recycling cross-shaped structure adapts to universal joint cross, so that can running flexibly, smooth and everlasting. The turning mechanism increases steel outer ring, and is three-point rigidity fixed, so that it can works more steady, outer ring is not easy be frayed.
8. The material controlling machine adapts to worm wheel and scroll wheel subsidiary rotating，adjust the height of input through the screw up and down.
