Our GY-1500,1700(Foam Sheet Splitter,Skiving machine) can be used to skive & cut all kinds of expanded rubber(Neoprene), Cork, PE,EVA foam products guaranting 1mm thickness tolerance.The Touchscreen(Digital) lead automatic thickness control system provide very accurate and easy operation.The machine can be incorporated into a continuous production line.

We recommand our model No. GY-1500,GY-1700 and the hardness will be acceptable by 90 Shore and thickness will be available by 1mm.

Materials to be split:

? Blocks and slabs made of expanded rubber (Neoprene), natural and synthetic, open and  closed cell foams, sponge rubber, EVA, PE ,PU foam, PVC foam, Cork and similar materials with a shore hardness in the range of 20~90 degress.
