YJH265 is a single stage, 2-phase comprehensive type press-welding hydraulic torque converter. The pump rotor is connected with engine flywheel through flexible plate. The pump rotor transforms the mechanical energy of engine into the kinetic energy of working fluid, and promote the fluid flow into the turbo along vane direction at high speed, and thus make the turbo rotate, then output from turbo axle 1 and transmit the torque and revs to transmission. The fluid enters guide wheel when it comes out the turbo. During the torque conversion phase under large load and at low turbo revs, the guide wheel is stopped by the one-way clutch, the torque that the fluid act on the guide wheel is feed back on the turbo, so that the torque on the turbo equals the sum of that on pump rotor and guide wheel, therefore the output torque is larger than input torque, which is automatic torque conversion. When the ratio of turbo revs and pump rotor revs is larger than some value, the guide wheel will disengage and rotate freely, and the torque conversion phase is ended, and this is called coupling status. YJH265 torque converter can not be disassembled.
