● Power system:
Germany STIEBEL transfer case, with a large, powerful transmission for smooth and reliable work.
● Hydraulic system:
The hydraulic system uses a dual-pump, dual-circuit, constant-power, open hydraulic system, with fuel pumps produced by Rexroth of Germany. The main cylinder and swing cylinder are driven by separate pumps, and the swing cylinder acts quickly and powerfully.
The directional change system uses an electrically-controlled system, making the system structure simple and clear and convenient to service. Optional hydraulically-controlled directional change system.
● Pumping system:
Concrete feeder can hold up to 800L of concrete, and has an arc-shaped inner wall to ensure no material accumulation.
Highly wear-resistant glass plates and cutting rings greatly reduce user cost.
The " S" shaped piping has a small height differential, which enables the concrete to flow more smoothly.
The intelligently designed mixing vane increases efficiency of concrete work
It is directly driven by hydraulic motors, featuring a simple drive structure and increasing convenience.
The mixing vane can automatically reverse in case of blockage then restore to its original cycle.
● Boom and rig system:
The structural parts of the boom and rig system are all made of DOMEX high-strength steel plates from Sweden' s SSAB company, featuring high strength, light weight, and a high anti-fatigue capability.
The boom-balance valve uses products from HAWE of Germany, featuring overload damping protection, which can effectively avoid over-pressurization of the hydraulic system, leading to damage to structural parts.
The rotating stage can turn 365", covering a large work area.
The rigs are a traditional rear swing type, which can spread out quickly, and are simple and reliable to use.
● Rotational support system:
The rotational support system adopts a rotational decelerator from Italy' s COMER, Brevini and Laleonessa, and a rotational support from France' s Rollix, providing smooth operation.
● Centralized lubrication system:
The " S" valve and concrete pumping cylinders have centralized lubrication. The hydraulically controlled grease pump ensures good lubrication and low grease consumption.
All the lubrication points of the PRG grease distribution device have corresponding block indicators for convenience of inspection and service. When one grease point becomes blocked, other points will continue to work normally.
● Operation control system:
The operation modes include:
1. Electric counter panel operation.
2. Wireless remote control.
3. Emergency manual operation.
