Description:
UMA-PSP tandem unit of high foamed polystyrene plate. Add secondary raw material such as nucleating agent,lubricant into general-purpose polystyrene,mix them and melt it through the first extruder,then pump foaming agent into it with high-pressure pump,mix it and let it go through the second extruder, cool it down, homogenize it,let it go through a die,cool it down and shape it, it will become polystyrene plate of various shapes(according to the inner shape of the die).It is adopted for throwaway lunch boxes. After thermoforming and cutting, it can be made into lunch boxes, plate, bowl,etc, also it can be made into packaging for industrial goods(damp-proof，heat insulation,shock-absorption,etc),KD plate,decorative plates,car roof,construction and decorative materials.
