Features of Gasifier
QHLA series Gasifier offers a green environmental, cheap and efficient way of heating, installed with high heat-demanding equipments. It has been widely used for energy saving and environmental protection technology reconstruction in the following fields: gas heat treatment furnace, forging furnace, crucible, shell mold roaster, baked LF, resin thermal sand regeneration furnace, glass furnace, ceramic refractory furnace, etc. Meanwhile it is applied in heat reconstruction of a variety of drying, sintering, and pre-heater equipments with the temperature below 1450 . A large amount of practice has proved that QHLA Series Gasifier for energy saving and environmental protection can achieve the following results:
Flue gas emission conforms to environmental standard GB9078-2000
After reconstruction, a variety of heater can control temperature automatically like electric cooker with high uniformity of heating temperature. Moreover, temperature accuracy could get ± 10 .
Compared with the traditional furnace, this gasifier can save 20% coal.
If the clients choose the bioenergy pellets as fuel, it will be fully in line with environmental requirements of medium-sized cities with low running costs.
