I) Perforated & corrugated plate
Introduction:
The filler is made from plates with corrugated surface and maintains the structural characteristics of metal corrugated packing, increasing the distribution and packing of liquid wetting properties and improving mass transfer efficiency.
Feature:
Large flux, low resistance, high efficience and the advantages of anti-blocking ability.
Application:
It is widely used in distillation, absorption, and extraction. According to packing model, the minimum diameter is 80 ~ 200mm, while maximum diameter reaches 13m, liquid spray density can be 0.2 ~ 220m 3 / m2. hr; the pressure ranges from vacuum to high pressure. It is used as an efficient and versatility structured packing in chemical, fertilizer, oil refining, petrochemical and natural gas industry.
II) Pricked & corrugated plate
In the metal sheet, each square centimeter rolls out 70 barbed holes and then put stab plate to be pressed into corrugated sheet, and finally assembled into a disk.
Features:
wettability of filler increases,when the flow is large, it can still maintain good separation performance mesh packing.
Applications:
Applys to separation demanding chemical, fine chemical, solvent recovery, chemical purification and other fields.
III) Corrugated plate gauze
Pull the metal strip into specific provisions of the diamond mesh panel, eliminating the need for drawing the web in the complex process, and still do fine mesh packing separation performance.
Application:
1, atmospheric and vacuum distillation;
2, special techniques, such as the need for titanium, aluminum mesh packing.
3, requested the absorption and heat resistance and distillation.
IV) Corrugated wire gauze
Feature:
(1) large surface area, porosity, light weight;
(2) the inclination angle of gas channel is small, there are rules, low pressure drop;
(3)good radial diffusion ,sufficient gas-liquid contact.
Application:
(1) 250 (AX), precise distillation of large capacity and few theotical stage
(2 500 (BX) heat-sensitive, especially difficult to separate the vacuum distillation system, in particular the pressure is lower than 7KPa vacuum distillation;
(3) 700 (CY) mixture of isotopes, the separation of isomeric mixtures.
