This explosion-proof three-phase induction motor for ventilation blower (frame size 63-355) we manufactured in China can be made into a flameproof motor according to the application requirements of GB3836.1-2000 < Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmosphere Part 1: General Request> and GB3836.2-2000 < Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmosphere Part 2: Flameproof Enclosure 'D’> of GB3836.2.
Applications of Explosion-proof Three-phase Induction Motor for Ventilation Blower YBF2 series:
1) EExd I : This flameproof motor is used in the underground coal mines where the explosive mixture such as methane or dust exists.
2) EExd II BT4: This explosion-proof motor is suitable for factories where the hazardous environment is classified into II Group, B Class, and Temperature T1-T4.
Working Conditions of Explosion-proof Three-phase Induction Motor for Ventilation Blower YBF2 series:
1) Ambient temperature will change according to different seasons, but it should not surpass 35℃ (under coal mine) or 40 ℃ (factory), the lowest ambient temperature should be -15℃;
2) Local altitude should never surpass 1000m;
3) The maximum air relative humidity should be lower than 95%(while temperature keeps at 25℃)(under coal mine) or the monthly maximum mean relative temperature of the most humid month should be 90%, and meanwhile the lowest temperature of this month should not over 25℃ (factory).
4) Rated voltage should be 380V, 660V, 1140V, 380/660V and 660/1140V;
5) Rated frequency should be 50Hz;
6) Working mode of the motor is S1 continuous duty, full-voltage start-up is available;
7)Electromotor applies F-class insulation, and raise of stator temperature(resistance method) is checked according to 80K (among which NO.2, 4 of 315L and No.355 are checked according to 105K)
8)Temperature (use thermometers)of motor bearings should be lower than 95℃.
