PFW series product is a non-grizzly bar and adjustable fine crushing equipment, can be widely applied to cement raw materials and grog fine crushing, and also can be used for fine crushing of medium hardness material such as dolomite, coke, slag, sandstone, especially suitable for artificial aggregate or highway rock’s processing and crushing like hard material limestone, granite, basalt.
This machine has big crushing ratio, the biggest can achieve 25-30; the discharge granularity can be adjustable and not be influenced by hammer and liner plate’s wearing; not equipped with grizzly bar and water content is high , thus is not easy to plug material; It adopts flexible regulator, and can discharge non-crushable material automatically, thus can not damage the equipment; the bearing is laid out horizontally, the service life is long and can crush high-temperature material (like cement grog).
The rotor units have unique structure, when crushing materials, the rotors almost not wearing; the rear crushing chamber is equipped with lead screw or hydraulic opening setting, which makes it convenient to replace wearing parts and maintain.
