Intro
The Asphalt Production Line manufactured by YonTon Factory is widely used for producing Emulsified asphalt and modified asphalt. The whole production line consists of water treatment, storage, automatic measurement and control system, asphalt storage, heating system, soap liquid mixture, temporary storage, transmission, heating and measurement system, filter, asphalt transmission pump, measurement system, inline emulsifier (three stage), cooling system for finished products, finished product packing and automatic control system.
Main Features
1. Inline High-shear Emulsifier (Three stages) integrates several traditional emulsifying process into one machine to realize continuous production and to ensure product quality.
2. Adopt flow measurement and weight measurement for liquid and solid respectively to ensure the product quality is stable.
3. Equipment for both emulsified asphalt and modified asphalt can be designed according to customer's requirement.

Control System
1. IPC, Touch Screen as host computer of the system are all from international famous brand to ensure the control system are reliable (customizable)
2. We adopt weight measurement or flow measurement, high precision, good stability, swift response and long service life. It measures the batching process accurately and displays it on the host computer.
3. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Analog input module are all from international famous company. They are compact in structure, strong capability in anti-interference, stable and reliable.
4. On-spot control panel, MCC Cabinet, PLC box.
