Fine Stone Crushing Plant has stable and reliable performance in operation.It has small volume, light weight, simple structure and process which make the machine easily to change the parts and conveniently move ,turning the third-grade crushing to the second-grade crushing. It is applicable for granite, basalt, cement clinker, quartz, emery, ore, iron ore and bauxite with large production capacity, long service life hammerhead and environmental protection and energy conservation features. Additionally, the pebbles fine crushing prevent the traditional sandstone making equipments feature which is only applicable for the soft rock(under 150MPa). Peculiarity: The new type high efficiency and energy-saving sandstone-making machine of the third generation has the special structure, counterattacking liner flat hammer with high chromium which can adjust the particle size and simplify the procedure. High-efficiency: The new types sand production rate is more than the traditional impact sandstone machine about 40-60%. Power saving: The new type machine can save electric 50-70% which is more than the traditional sandstone machines. High quality: The finished product of sandstone with cubic shape has the strong ability of anti-pressure which is applied to the high-standard architecture. And the 85% sandstones product particle size is less than 5mm. Save money: The new type machine can save money 50-60% than traditional one. Maintenance: The new type machines maintenance ratio is lower 50-60% than traditional ones. Fittings: The new type machines fittings is lower 50-60% than traditional ones.
