PROPERTIES: A white or almost white powders, stink less, bitter an hygroscopic, freely soluble in water, slightly soluble in methanol and ethanol, Insoluble in acetone, enther, etc.

INDICATION: Colistin sulphate is an antibiotic of basic polypeptides composed by various amino acids and fatty acids. It has strong antibiotic effect against intestinal diseases caused by gram-negative bacilli. It is used as feed additive and also has some growth promoting effect.

STORAGE: To be stored away from light in a cool and dry place.
