The terminology of specification
d=thickness of metal sheet    b=the width of strand    TL=Short Way of Diamond    TB=Long way of Diamond    B=Width of expanded metals    L=Length of expanded metals
Example:
The thickness of original metal sheet is 1. 0mm, the width of strand is 1. 5mm, the short way of diamond is 8mm, the long way of diamond is 20mm, the width of expanded metals is 1000mm, the length of expanded metals is 2000mm

To Order Perforated Metal:
A. Specify quantity and dimensions of sheets, pieces or panels.
B. Indicate gauge and kind of material. If in doubt, specify thickness in decimals.
C. Size, shape, arrangement and center of holes. If slotted holes are selected, specify whether they are to run lengthwise or crosswise of the sheets.
D. Specify widths of all margins.
E. If mounting holes are to be used, give size of holes and locations on margin.
F. Special shipping instructions, if any. Unless otherwise informed, we normally ship by motor freight. If material is to be shipped by rail, please give specific shipping instructions.
G. When custom panels, screens or other non-standard items are required, send exact specifications.
