The lamp is consisted of 3 main parts: The lamp head, electric cable and the battery body. The battery body is consisted of lithium battery core, protection module and the static electric-proof plastic case, and the lamp head is mainly consisted of double LED, reflector, switch, glass cover, the lamp shell, etc, with a hook with which it can be fixed onto the safety cap.

KL5LM model miner's lamp adopts high-quality lithium battery as its power supply and power LEDs as its light source. Featuring safety, low weight, low volume, free of maintenance and friendliness to environment, the lamp is suitable for under-mine operations. The power LEDs built in the lamp features good performance of anti-shock, high conversation efficiency of electric to light, long lighting time and long life.
The protection module prevents the battery from the harm caused by over charge, over discharge and short circuit. For charging, insert the charging jack on the lamp head with the charging plug on the charging rack/individual charger, turn the lamp head 180° Clockwise, switch on the power, the lamp then can be charged for about 8 hours till fully charged.
The protection module built in the battery body has the power terminal from which the power output connects the driving circuit of the LEDs via the electric cable, the lamp head switch is for switching on/off the main LED and subsidiary LED, the circuit can be shut down within 15 ms in case of short circuit, and will automatically recover once the cause of failure is eliminated.
